Nyth Robin policy and procedures
On Site Safety
At Nyth Robin we will continue to do our best to reduce the coronavirus risks on-site to help our guests, our local community and ourselves.
Below is an outline of the steps we have put in place to help with this and also the things we ask of you to assist us.
Follow recommended cleaning protocols and wear PPE where necessary
Regularly disinfect any shared contact points – i.e. taps, bins & handles
Regularly check and carry out a daily deep clean of toilets & showers (they will be closed 1-2pm daily to allow this)
Disinfect electric hook up points on touring pitches in between bookings
Provide hand sanitiser at entry points to shared facilities and areas
Provide a contactless check in procedure
Provide social distance reminders at key areas
All crockery, cutlery etc will be washed in hot water between stays
Provide cleaning products in all accommodation
Be aware of other guests on-site and give everyone plenty of space
Use the hand sanitiser and wear a mask in and around the facilities area and in the reception/ shop building
If the toilets, showers and washing up areas are busy come back later and do not wait inside the facilities either before or after use
No day visitors allowed – please arrange to meet off-site
Do not travel to Nyth Robin if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for coronavirus in the last 10 days, or is waiting for a test or the results of a test
Let us know if you or anyone in your group has coronavirus symptoms during or shortly after your stay
Check-in using the rack and trace QR code at Reception
Be responsible when out & about and help us look after our community
Booking With Confidence
In light of the changing environment we are currenlty in we have updated our booking terms for 2021.
We think these are simple and fair and hope they allow you to book with confidence:
- If we are not able to open, we will offer you a full refund, free date change or credit note for a future stay.
- If you are not able to travel due to local travel restrictions, we will offer you a full refund, free date change or credit note for a future stay.
- If you are not able to travel due to coronavirus symptoms, if you have been advised to isolate or any other reason your booking is not refundable, but we may be able to offer you a date change for a small admin fee.
We ask that you help keep our guests, local community and ourselves safe by not travelling to Nyth Robin if you or any of your party have been told to isolate, are waiting for the results of a Covid-19 test or have tested positive for Covid-19 within 10 days of your booking.
