Autumn at Nyth Robin

With days getting noticeably shorter, mushrooms springing from the ground and and leaves starting to turn golden there is a definite autumnal feel in the air.

Autumn at Nyth Robin

We think autumn is a great time for a visit to Nyth Robin and mid-Wales. The summer crowds have disappeared but there’s still lots going on and plenty to explore.

Autumn is a great time for getting out and about in the woods, where the leaves put on a colour-changing spectacle. And there are lots of woodlands to choose from in mid-Wales. We have our own small woods where the ancient oaks are usually the last to change colour. Or we love an autumn walk in nearby Tan Y Coed, as the beech woodland here is particularly beautiful at this time of year. Visit Mid Wales has plenty of ideas for local walks.

Plus, the sunsets can be amazing at this time of year. We love getting a fish & chip supper and watching the sun go down over Cardigan Bay from Tywyn promenade.

Sounds great, so when’s Nyth Robin open until this year?

Good question! We are open for touring and glamping until the 7th of November, and then weekends only (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) through November. All our availability is online here.

Autumn Glamping

If you fancy a bit of glamping this Autumn, then we’ve five cosy options to choose from. All have heating inside and a fire pit in their own outside area, so you’ll be toasty whatever the weather! And, if you’ve only got a little time available, then 1-night stays are now available in our vintage caravan, Cerys.
