29th July – Join the award-winning team from The Dyfi Distillery and explore the world of extra-special Welsh Gins. More information.
Borth ChalkFest – Seawall, Borth
29th & 30th July – Participation is free for this street art event for professional and amateur artists, but you’ll need to register. You’ll then be designated a space on the sea wall in Borth, provided with chalks, pastels and powder paint. Over the weekend you can create your own piece of colourful street art alongside other artists before the Borth Carnival procession. More information
Aberdyfi Food Festival – Playing Field, Aberdyfi
20th August – The popular Aberdyfi Food Festival is back, and tastier than ever! There’ll be a hog roast, local honey, Welsh wine, cheese, oysters traditional Welsh treats, and so much more. And if that’s not enough Michelin star chef Nathan Davies from award-winning SY23 in Aberystwyth will be in the demo tent. Hope you’re feeling hungry! More information.
Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) at 50! – Corris
19th August – Celebrating 50 years of providing solutions for a greener future, CAT are hosting a day packed full of family-friendly activities, workshops, talks, tours, music, and more. Everyone’s welcome and entry is free for the day, booking is recommended. More information.
Dovey Fest – Wharf Gardens, Aberdyfi
